As all our handmade items is crafted specifically for you, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item(s), damaged item(s), or missing item(s), please contact us at info.bonnirajewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a clear description of the issue you're facing. If applicable, please also provide photos of the issue. We will assist you and work to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

For non-handmade items, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
