Are the jewelry tarnish free?

Our jewelry made from stainless steel will not tarnish. Jewelry made from gold-plated materials may experience slight discoloration over time. To keep your gold-plated pieces in the best condition, we recommend avoiding contact with water. Each piece of jewelry is marked with the material it is made from. 

Free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping for orders within the Netherlands on orders over €30. For orders under €30, a shipping fee of €3.95 will be charged. Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the destination, the selected shipping method, and the weight or dimensions of the package. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages:

We take great care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage. Can minors make purchases?

Our webshop is not intended for minors. By making a purchase, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained permission from a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to verify the identity of customers and to cancel orders placed by minors without permission.
