Processing Time:

For our handmade items, we require a processing time of approximately 1-2 weeks. This allows us to create each piece with attention to detail and ensure the highest level of quality. For non-handmade items, processing time may vary depending on stock and product type. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and a tracking number.

Please note that these are estimated times provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing or unforeseen delays may affect actual delivery times.

Domestic Shipping (Netherlands):

All orders within the Netherlands qualify for free standard shipping on orders over €50. For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €3.95 will be charged.

International Shipping:

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the destination, the selected shipping method, and the weight or dimensions of the package. The applicable shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages:

We take great care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, theft, or damage. Nevertheless, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues and can help facilitate communication with the shipping carrier if needed.
